Why Hua Hin?
We still have an old town here; still feel the old atmosphere as you walk amongst the old wooden houses in the old town center. An active fishing port and what follows - very good sea food restaurants - in the wooden houses along the sea front.
We now have a sprinkling of five star hotels, Hilton, Sofitel. Intercontinental, Sheraton, The Hyatt and many new mid-range hotels many of which serve the many golfers who visit this golfing paradise.
We have 5 courses that can rightly be called Championship golf courses as they have hosted major events including the Black mountain ‘Masters’, a Asian tour spectacular. Majestic and Banyan, a new course, make up the 2 remaining local courses we play and they are very fine courses, with Majestic often at the forefront of golfers minds as far as hole by hole design is concerned. A few kilometers driving and we have a host of other very fine courses available. Look at our course descriptions for the area. So, this is also a golfing paradise to go along with international standard hotels and restaurants!
This town is the home of the Thai Royal family and has been for years, this without doubt contributes immensely to the safety and family appeal Hua Hin offers. Outside of the town are 2 interesting and picturesque National Parks—Sam Roi Yot and Krang Krachan. Wild life, including ‘pink’ dolphins are abundant.
A great place for groups or the family to come and relax, play golf and enjoy a night life that does not always make you blush!
