Payment terms
for individual golf packages and tours:
After agreeing your golf holiday itinerary and receiving your booking request we will check availability and confirm your tour.
For our new clients
Payment schedule:
Confirmed bookings require a non-refundable deposit of 20 % of the total price. Final payment is required four (4) weeks prior to arrival in Thailand.
Payment instructions:
Our payment instructions will be given to you once all itineraries and your go-ahead is approved by both parties---we prefer straight forward bank to bank transfers.
Insurance:
We recommend travel insurance to cover accidents, theft or cancellation.
Cancellation due to the weather will be refundable direct less any transport taken to the course, but part play curtailed by inclement weather will not. Meals not taken are not refundable.
Cancellations:
All cancellations should be sent by mail, fax or e-mail to Golf Tours and Academy of Asia
- Cancellations up to 30 days prior to departure date: 80 % refund
- Cancellations 29 to 22 days prior to departure date: 75 % refund
- Cancellations 21 to 15 days prior to departure date: 70 % refund
- Cancellations 14 to 7 days prior to departure date: 50 % refund
- Cancellations 6 to 3 days prior to departure date: 35 % refund
- Cancellations 2 days or less prior to departure date: 20 % refund
Required travel documents:
Valid passport (Citizens of most countries do not require visas for stays up to 30 days in the Kingdom of Thailand).
Ground transportation:
Will be provided from airport to your hotel and to all tour events and back.
Golf Tours and Academy of Asia Co., Ltd., the tour operator, acts solely as agent for tour services concerning accommodation, included ground transportation and golfing events and is free from any responsibility, harm, expense or inconvenience caused by delays or changes in schedule or from work stoppages or any other events.
Services are subject to availability and subject to change without further notice.
Rates are effective as specified in our web pages/private proposals.
For our ‘Old’ clients:
All the above applies except that you do not have to forward any money except the 20% deposit. We expect the balance to be paid within 24 hours of your arrival. In case of cancellations this deposit is forfeited.
‘Old’ clients as part of a group of 6 or more will have to put forward a deposit of 30%.
